Yikes I presume that there wont be any RM into this stinky Shell. Nice work Renee, always like checking these delisted shells for a RM candidate.
MDOR: Warren Anthony Davis, age 43, is the founder, and was president and sole owner of Gibraltar Global Securities.
Davis participated in the offering and sale of shares in the United States of Magnum d’Or (symbol “MDOR”), which is a penny stock.
A final default judgment was entered, ordering Davis and Gibraltar to pay disgorgement in the amount of $14,449,176, prejudgment interest in the amount of $2,700,483, and for each defendant to pay a tier-two civil penalty in the amount of $3,667,146.
On May 3, 2017, another default judgement was entered against Davis and Gibraltar as a result of a separate complaint brought by the Commission.
In its final judgment the Court ordered Davis and Gibraltar to pay disgorgement in the amount of $9,674,276.20, prejudgment interest in the amount of 2,318,996.44, and civil penalties in the amount of $150,000 for Davis and $225,000 for Gibraltar.
The Commission’s complaint also alleged that during the relevant
timeframe Gibraltar sold approximately $100 million of low-priced microcap securities. In addition to operating as an unregistered broker-dealer in the U.S., Davis and Gibraltar participated in the unlawful unregistered offering and sale of over 10 million shares of MDOR—a penny stock—on behalf of U.S. customers, for proceeds of over $11 million.

Againstallodds....I work long hours and simply do not have the time to examine stocks beyond posting Filings and ticker changes when applicable.
The DD-Support and Fraud Research Team board is chock-full of good DD on TECO.

Can you give us your thoughts about TECO
SEC charging TECO and management for fraud
I have no idea what happened to Chad. I'm relatively sure he got away with most of the cash, as well as the other scammers. He's probably scamming somewhere else in some other way.
Are the toyotas imported from BVI ?
Did Chad sell the ferrari for a Corolla
full of frozen yogourt ?
Easy come, easy go, huh Dwight? It's going to take quite a while to repay $4,630,664.13 as a salesman at Toyota. You probably gave at least that much to Chad and the other criminals, too bad you didn't see this coming.
http://www.dealerrater.com/sales/Dwight-Flatt-review-246085/
At least you're able to crack a smile.
Too bad Chad Curtis got away...
The duller crayons easily got caught... even if I don't think Curtis is sharper... someone else behind I think.
MDOR mentioned here:

How long do you think it will be before it hits the fan about who was behind Magnum D' Or? It is common knowledge that Chad was a front man for none other than Irwin Schneider. Google the name and mob stocks-follow the frankfurt listings. Chad bragged a little too much.
Who do you think really controlled Gibraltar? Dwight Flight? Chad Curtis LOL
Hey Chad you can't bully or blab your way out of this one.
Sure. You can also post it as general information on your own since the DD Research Board is a highly regarded DD forum.
Can I have your consent to publish your response to me on TECO ?
Againstallodds: The DD Support Board has a few dozen posts on TECO. On friday during Happy Hour I suggest you visit that board and put TECO in the search bar for 2012.

Renee, what is your feeling about TECO (Treaty Energy)
Awesome. However, besides selling MDOR stock, this has no relation to MDOR right?
Was Chad Curtis part of the Gibraltar deal? Not sure how Dwight could have done this without serious help.
Then again, Chad couldn't do this either without serious help.
The complaint mentions MDOR sold $11 million through Gibraltar. I wonder what will come of that.

The SEC can get blood from a rock, so the culprits will pay up, as they should.
Appreciate your comments, so THANKS.
WOW, I'd doubt they have that kind of $
What happens if they don't pay ?
I guess they could ask a little help from Chad Curtis...
You seem always ahead of your game.
Congratulations Renée and thank you for all those updates.

SEC nails Magnum d'Or for $8.7 million
South Florida Business Journal by Kevin Gale, Editor in Chief Date: Tuesday, February 28, 2012, 1:25pm EST
http://www.bizjournals.com/southflorida/news/2012/02/28/sec-nails-magnum-dor-for-87-million.html
Magnum d’Or Resources has been ordered to disgorge $7.73 million in profits, $233,543 in interest and pay a $725,000 civil penalty, the SEC has announced.
Defendants David Della Sciucca Jr. and Dwight Flatt are also barred from participating in any penny stock offering, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said, regarding a U.S. District Court for Southern Florida ruling. The duo will also be facing disgorgement and civil penalties after the commission makes a motion to the court.
The April complaint alleged Fort Lauderdale-based Magnum d’Or issued stock pursuant to false Form S-8 registration statements, and used bogus consultants to funnel more than $7 million in illicit stock proceeds back into the company, the SEC said. The complaint also alleges that, in facilitating this kickback scheme, Magnum d’Or garnered the assistance of Flatt, Sciucca and others, who liquidated the stock, kept a portion of the sales proceeds and then returned the remaining sales proceeds to Magnum d’Or under the guise of loan agreements.
The complaint further alleges that Magnum d’Or made false and misleading statements in its Form S-8 registration statements and in various press releases during the relevant time period.
Former CEO and President Joseph J. Glusic, of Henderson, Nev., and Shannon Allen, a Miami resident, previously consented to the entry of judgments against them.
Magnum d'Or is also facing a class action shareholder suit in U.S. District Court.
On Jan. 20, the clerk of the court issued a notice of default against the company and Michel Boux, saying they had failed to appear or answer to the complaint.
The complaint (downloadable as a PDF) alleges an array of false statements and omissions.

Chad needs a bailout. I'm sure Obama would comply if he works for Goldman Sachs..
Can't believe these crooks are not in jail WTF is wrong with our system? It protects the thief's who steal from the good people.
Hudson site was sold in a Sheriff's sale to its secured lenders. It is currently closed. You can verify this sale/transaction by contacting the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's office, Weld County, Colorado.
Does anyone know exactly what is the status of this stock? Has the company ceased to exist? Is it suspended? What's the deal? TIA
I just don't remember who it was.. Somebody from this board and I met on a fluke and we discussed it and he tried to convince me Chad was a good guy. I figure whoever that guy was probably sees the light by now..
Physically impossible,
I never went to FT Lauderdale in my entire life !
I would have like to meet you though, just to exchange information.
I would never and never had promoted either MDOR en even less Curtis. I did a lot of DD on Curtis, he left traces of himself all over the web. So I was able to piece together part of the MDOR story, and also his involvement in SLJB, PHBR, GOIP. Even his dad was in the phone brazil scam at one point. He used a lot of friends as "consultants" to get shares on the market and get the money back to him, some of them are named in one earlier post.
I met somebody in a cafe in Fort Lauderdale once who tried to convince me this stock and Chad were good. I don't remember all the circumstances or who it was, was it you?
Parters are probably
Dwight Flatt
Jason DeOliveira
Rebecca Reiger
Shannon Allen
James French
and others.
Chad Curtis and Partners are known for:
Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty and superb value
LMAO
I wouldn't call him a mastermind, he was just a front-man like Petar on SLJB was. Petar was just a house painter before he became front-man. Chad is run of the mill swindler, that's all.
Mastermind of fraud is back
http://chadcurtis.info/
He again poses as a consultant.
He masterminded MDOR fraud that ended up with SEC convictions.
Stay away from that guy
I would say there is a very good chance of that. All it takes is for someone to allow themselves to be a cheat - Chad is persuasive. Maybe it's the next scam.
Hey Asus,
Remember when MDOR did a joint venture with this german company Artech to buy tire granulators and then the deal fell off when somebody found out that someone was accusing Artech of breach of patent, well the Artech guys are at it again but under the name of GARB, a pink sheet also. John Rossi was the CEO of Artech and is now the CEO of GARB
Could it be plausible that Curtis would be back with them, since mdor is dead for now, and organizing the investors parade with all these PR'S that are fluff ?
OPPORTUNITY...
The Hudson Tire Dump Is A Tremendous Opportunity If Properly Managed With Correct Processes. A Beyond Tremendous Disaster If Not.
Does anyone know the status of the Hudson Site ?
There was never a business here.
I wish they would not have destroyed this company
I remember whem I bought this for .30 and sold @ 1.00's
Property in Colorado was put into foreclosure in Oct. 2011 by secured lenders. No asset there. Attorneys probably realized there would be no money for them.
I would venture to guess that through further investigation the law firm came to the conclusion that there were little or no assets to go after. Just a guess.
Class action volentairly dropped??? Anyone have any idea why? TIA
