Warren Davis - Gibraltar Global Securities Inc

So what was Warren Davis doing before he started Gibraltar Global Securities Inc?

He was working for Martin Tremblay of Dominion Investments Ltd. The following is a screen shot from the Dominion Investments Ltd website from 2003:






Martin Tremblay got sentenced to 4 years in prison for his role in using Dominion Investments Ltd, a Bahamas-based investment management company, to launder more than $1 billion in funds derived from tax evasion, drug trafficking, securities fraud and bank fraud over an 8 year period from 1998 - 2005.

Martin Tremblay was caught when he got videotaped in New York in March of 2005 agreeing to launder $220,000 on behalf of Federal Agents that he thought were drug traffickers.

Besides running Dominion Investments Ltd, Martin Tremblay also ran the Bahamas branch of Ferrier Lullin. Ferrier Lullin was one of the most important Swiss banks in Bahamas' capital city. Ferrier Lullin was a subsidiary of Swiss banking giant USB before it was sold to another Swiss bank, Julius Baer, in September of 2005.

Another interesting connection between Dominion Investments Ltd and Gibraltar Global Securities is that both firms hired financial control persons from PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.

Dominion Investments Ltd hired Chantal Williams as its Financial Controller. Williams studied business administration at Acadia University in the Maritimes, before going to work six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.

So Martin Tremblay goes to jail and Dominion Investments Ltd gets shut down and what does Warren Davis do? He picks up right where his former boss and mentor (Martin Tremblay) and former employer (Dominion Investments Ltd) left off and opens a new company offering the same services in the same place (Nassau, Bahamas) called Gibraltar Global Securities Inc.

He then also gets busted twice so far for his involvement in running illegal activities through his Bahamas based investment management company.
