Wow what a joke. This company does not have any marketing rights to Nyloxin any longer.
Oh, don't get me wrong I do love Squeezes, I get a hell of a lot more amorous when I can confirm through some DD. Most of these are nothing more then P&D.
Time for the second bounce... May break .02 this time...
Squeezed? For what? And who would still be short a company that had been worth 0.002 per share for over two years? That said, something is going on to cause 3M+ volume by 11:00 am - weird the market knows something, but nothing on the news wires?
Love them..don't hate them....
This is just getting started. Squeeze is on...
if this is a short squeeze, maybe we can get to 0.1 today
go XCHO
Looking Good. Volume is picking up....
maybe I can finally recoup my money from years ago, although it still has a long way to go
brake even price for me is 0.21
What is going on here. Volume i see the last few days...
Being pumped as a short squeeze candidate.
Of course none of it can be confirmed because the company has reported in years.....
something must be up haven't seen this kind of volume since a long time
Can you tell me what's the winner story here? Can't find any news, filings, PR's and so on.
no, just your everyday PUMP & DUMP!! WEEEEEEEE go xcho!!!

some volume yesterday, any news?
Good guess STS.
NPHC is being sued left and right. XCHO on life support. FL real estate is actually fairly hot right now. Maybe they can sell their option and get XCHO going again.
Thanks for the info. Yeah, sad story here - lots of potential but just couldn't work out.
Concerning name - no, its just a nickname.
Hey Geo!
Heard anything about XCHO lately? What's up with the enormous increase in trading volume the last two days - tax loss selling maybe?
Do you work for Stratford?
Yes it is sad story. They are still in biz, do talk to them every couple of months or so. The FL real estate thing is not bad timing wise, it is going up down there.
NPHC has lawsuits etc. left and right, who knows maybe they will come to there senses and do a deal with XCHO, but then again they are no longer friends.
Haven't been paying much attention to this one - geo, really think this has any life left in it? Pretty sad story here. Lots of potential but just didn't work out.
Yeah, NPHC is nearly tits up....not really even paying attention to XCHO, just holding the shares in my taxable account to offset future ARNA sales profits...still up over 100% on those even with the crash in pps the last few days....unfortunately, own many more shares in the IRA, no tax loss help there.....just holding in case they're ever worth anything again.
Learned a lesson the hard way with AVNR and XCHO - just because they have a great product to sell that you personally have tried and gotten benefit from, doesn't make it a good stock to buy! Sold all of my long held AVNR shares in two accounts and moved the cash into ARNA a few months ago, lost ~ 15% but saved a further 32% in losses as the pps has continued to drop, now into the low $2's.
Thanks for info.
NPHC is disaster. Over two years after they stabbed XCHO in back with Nyloxin they have only sold $66k of it, a fraction of they were getting per quarter from XenaCare.
And they in turn have made XCHO a disaster too. Although XCHO has a chnace and is not in bankrupcy as is Rik. FL real estate is going up and they do have that option next to Disneyworld.
NPHC finally files 2011 10-K

Not making any money selling Nyloxin or Cobroxin:
From October 2009 until December 31, 2011, our operations have centered on the marketing of Cobroxin® and Nyloxin™ and Nyloxin™ Extra Strength, from which we have earned accumulated net revenues of $2,055,882, which includes a reduction of $503,958 for Nyloxin™ sold during 2011 and returned in 2012. During fiscal year 2011, we earned revenues of $79,077 from the sale of Cobroxin® and net revenues of $66,567 from sales of Nyloxin™. Total product sales for fiscal year 2011 were $145,644, net of a reduction of $503,958.
Answer to why I can still buy Cobroxin online - XCHO hasn't sold their original $1M worth of inventory:
In November 2009, XenaCare began selling Cobroxin to brick-and-mortar retailers, including distribution to CVS in March 2010 and Walgreens in May 2010. On April 1, 2011, we notified our Cobroxin Distributor, XenaCare that they were in breach of our agreement. As a result of this, the distribution agreement was terminated effective April 10, 2011. XenaCare had a large stock of the product that they had ordered from us and we have allowed them to continue to market their existing inventory of Cobroxin. In October, 2011 we discontinued their website at www.Cobroxin.com. All current traffic to that website is now redirected to www.Nyloxin.com. We plan to begin manufacturing, marketing and distributing Cobroxin again when funding is available.
STS see if you can buy a bottle from XCHO, and let me know what you find out.
Thanks
I know you can supposedly find plenty online, but I also found warnings of "fake" cobroxin spray on some sites, also claiming it's not being made anymore.....
Hi STS,
That is interesting. I would give Xenacare a call, to see if they are still selling Cobroxin. There is plenty in pipeline http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=bl_sr_hpc/181-2343483-0440334?_encoding=UTF8&field-brandtextbin=Cobroxin&node=3760901
Ping Geodan
Just ordered more Cobroxin Spray and was a bit surprised to read the stuff below on the website I bought it from - you previously said NPHC was still selling it to XCHO, but Rik says "nope"?
The Cobroxin that we stock just came from the warehouse this week. Cobroxin has been discontinued, so all the Cobroxin out there have expiration dates on them that are short dated. However, here is the good news. The product will be good for another 2 years! Here is an exact quote from the CEO of Nutra Pharma: "As XenaCare is no longer selling Cobroxin - we have not been producing that product and probably will not produce it for several months. The Cobroxin that we have in stock is short-dated and carries expiration dates over the next 2 months. Our stability data suggests that the product is still viable and could actually be re-dated if necessary and retain full potency for an additional two years." When asked, "How much would it cost to redate the bottles?" He answered "A few dollars per bottle." So, redating would not be cost effective.
That is correct, contract manu in FL does it and drop ships to XCHO.
Who actually makes the Cobroxin? Surely NPHC farms it out to someone?
here it is http://www.bizjournals.com/southflorida/news/2012/08/31/nutra-pharma-corp-faces-involuntary.html
If they have to sell off Cobroxin, who has more experience selling it than XCHO.
It just seems the situation as is is terrible so this could make things better (but not for NPHC).
Say what? Got a link for that news? How would we get our hands on Cobroxin if Rik is forced out?
Oh, you mean this lawsuite - I knew NCD was snake oil when I found it doing research on zeolite products years ago for heavy metal detoxing:
Waiora Faces Potential Fraud Class Action over Natural Cellular Defense Nutritional Supplement
Hollywood, FL:
Waiora, a Florida-based nutritional supplement company, is facing a potential consumer fraud class action lawsuit alleging the multi-level marketing company sold product, including Natural Cellular Defense (NCD), that didn't contain the amount of ingredients listed on the label. Specifically, the lawsuit claims that during a 6-year period NCD was sold that didn’t contain the listed amount of the mineral zeolite, but rather contained only a fraction of the stated amount of the ingredient.
According to the lawsuit, product was tested by an independent lab, the results of which showed an average of just 150 mg per bottle, whereas the label stated the bottle contained 2400 mg. Further, the lawsuit alleges that one lab test found no more than 1% of the stated ingredient in the bottle. According to the lawsuit, at least one plaintiff approached managers at Waiora seeking an explanation of the test results but Waiora stood by the label claim, apparently disregarding the evidence.
The NCD product sells for $50 per bottle, and the lawsuit states there was "blatant misrepresentation on the part of numerous parties, which manufactured, marketed, and sold a product to the general public under false pretenses, and with false labeling". Further, the lawsuit claims that millions of bottles of NCD (i.e. zeolite and water) have been sold, including to gravely ill and specifically targeted individuals.
Named defendants in the class action include Stan Cherelstein (President/CEO of Waiora), Norwood "Eddie" Stone (Waiora co-founder), James Flowers (instrumental in the manufacture of NCD), and Erik "Rik" Deitsch ( "Chief Science Officer"), and the charges include fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, unjust enrichment, and violation of Florida’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Possible we could get Cobroxin with no strings.
Saw article that Rik at NPHC is being taken into bankruptcy by his executives. XCHO likely will be helped with this, if NPHC is out of picture. We will not know till plays out.
NPHC shot themselves and us in the foot, took a success and turned it into failure.
Hey Geo, how's in hangin' these days? What do you have your hands in bio-wise besides our lifeless XCHO stock?
I'm looking at HEP and IMUC right now - HEP apparently finally satisfied the FDA over their CRL issues, Adcom is Dec 20 and PDUFA Feb 2013 - could be the first drug for CFS ever approved, which could be huge, but Ampligen has a pretty tattered history, makes me a bit leery of buying even a little as a spec play. Would love to try it if approved for *my* CSF problems, but it's so frigging expensive there's no way I could afford it - $2k/month!
Relative big buying all at Ask? 50,000 at .011 and that Ask is now gone (.015 now)and no trading below .011.
See no news, but someone is buying at the Ask.
250,000 bid at .006, that is $1500, so still small dollar wise but maybe the biggest bid we have had in months.
We have a buyer, Ask now .03
The .0198 was taken out and it now the Bid. Not much volume but the bid/ask is going the right way.
100,000 so far .019
All trades are at .019, so no paint job we have a buyer. It was .019B .02A for long time.
Why the interest?
Nice 150% gain today on $2 volume
If someone wants to paint the tape, come on buy a 1000 for $19.
Lack of selling is likely due to so many bagholders being so far in the red (including me) that we wouldn't dream of selling a single share for a 90% loss!
80 Green Days in a row.
Not sure if have ever seen that in another stock. Check a candlestick chart.
STS, the .019 print was a paint, but the Bid was higher than any trade in 6 months.
The lack of selling not easy to explain, the Bid was higher than any trade in 6 months and 4 times higher than the low and it was barely hit??
Maybe something is up.
I just noticed that - up 65% on 19,200 shrs? WTF?
Oh, it's fake - look at the volume for that trade compared to the others today:
