Not sure if have ever seen that in another stock. Check a candlestick chart.

STS, the .019 print was a paint, but the Bid was higher than any trade in 6 months.

The lack of selling not easy to explain, the Bid was higher than any trade in 6 months and 4 times higher than the low and it was barely hit??

Maybe something is up.
