Not sure what I'm missing here but I picked up 5k shares of INUV avg of .71. It all looks good but the business is cyclical with the best months being April through OCT. Anyway at this price with this chart I'm rolling the dice.

INUV is a completely different animal and is making their $ through mobile advertising. INUV is a turnaround story that started taking shape in 2012 and is expected to play out over the next few years. The chart does not look good with a death cross just printing a few weeks ago but this is one of those circumstances when it pays to back out a bit and get a better perspective.

I'm not going to go into the fundamentals here because the fins are straightforward and there's not a lot of bearish commentary out there at the moment except for the talk concerning a "new" registration statement filed on 25 March for $15 Million. The S-3 is not actually new because they filled the same one three years ago and still had $12 out of the $15 million available. Don't quote me here but it looks like a regulatory requirement that these be updated every three years. I'm going to check and see because that's something I'd like to know.

The thing to remember here is this is a cyclical play that's worked well between April and Oct-Dec. I'm in at .71 and won't hold if it falls past my entry but I will hold this as my core and trade any future pullbacks. Make sure to take a close look at the charts.
