It was stupid to even continue with the buyback once the pps started to rocket if they were not going to raise the target price. Another example of present (old?) management's inexperience and lack of understanding. I would seriously doubt anyone took them up on their offer. I'm hopeful new management will have a keen and experienced understanding how to jump start this company and re-engage the trading/investing community.
