I'm with you ohmyohmy! I have the backyard I want to reshape already picked out. I just have to wait for the seller to put it back on the market. (You don't try to sell a home during winter in the mountains) It's a waste of time. I'm going to call the company and see if I can get some answers about the quiet period. I figure that the company would be able to tell me if they are under a lips-zipped mode. I'm hoping that it is 30 days if they are. (monday is the 6th) GLTYA.
