turn around time by sec

we now have historical data to help us figure out the turn

around time by the sec (yes, im bored) .....

in looking at the dates that MR s filed and looking at the

turn around times in order to file the revised s-1 and taking

into acct, holidays.... it takes the sec about 3 weeks to review

the s-1 and respond back to mr s.....

so we will LIKELY HAVE AN ANSWER FROM THE SEC BY WEEK OF april 21

if it's the effectiveness letter... that would be GREAT NEWS and the press releases start coming !!! &

imhwo, greenscape starts trading apprx 5/15 .....

if it's more questions... then, ugh.. push everything back by one month
