Understood, but his billions are not restricted and the preferred could be converted as well.

IMO the share structre does not support a PPS in the dollars.

Before that, the company would be restructerd, there would be a reverse split, and we would be on the NASDAQ.

Which will be freakin awesome! Just don't think every million shares you own will equal 1 million dollars anytime soon.
