It is very possible for a reverse split to occur. Question: since the PPS would be higher after a reverse split, would the company get more money issuing more shares that way rather than issuing them at this level?

I also think that the company needs something to work with other than their own exploration program because if that is the only thing the company is doing, then you might at well wait until summer for this stock to move.BUT, i as well as everybody else are curious to whether something is cookin with the potential J/V they mentioned 2 pr's ago.I can say that the there will be something happening between now and the summer, because with a stock at this level, they usually dont just sit down here doing nothing for 5 or 6 months hanging around the same price when the company actually does have potential. So expect to see something, whether it is good or not, we'll just have to be patient until that day comes (before summer).

Well sometimes a spade is a bit more....

* a playing card in the major suit that has one or more black figures on it; "she led a low spade"; "spades were trumps"
* a sturdy hand shovel that can be pushed into the earth with the foot
* nigger: (ethnic slur) extremely offensive name for a Black person; "only a Black can call another Black a nigga"
* dig (up) with a spade; "I spade compost into the flower beds"

* In gardening, a spade is a hand tool used to dig ground, or to break up clumps in the soil. It is sometimes considered a type of shovel. It consists of a handle with a metal blade.

* A common speaker connector. Available with both solder and solder-less connections, the gold plated spade lugs shown feature a solder-less "compression" design for rear wire entry. The main advantage of spades is that they offer a large contact surface area. The main disadvantage is that it can be difficult to connect several spades in a tight area (such as the back of a receiver).

* a digging tool, the handle is grasped and the foot used to push the blade into the ground.

* Referring to the shape of a shield occuring in the design of a coin. British "spade', sometimes 'spade ace' guineas are so called for this reason.

* Also a spade-Mashie. A deep faced ancient club whose modern equivalent is the 6 iron.
