You are entitled to your opinion water...but you know that filing all these papers take time, small companies like $LATF have limited human and financial resources..$LATF is heading in the right direction

De-registering with the SEC can also be done to just lighted up the filing/reporting work load and to save some $$$ too.

While I do agree another unintended or intended effect is less 3rd party verified financial info for the public/shareholders.
