Deregistering from the SEC is done for one reason...
to hide unpleasant information from shareholders. If LATF is making millions from selling shrimp, saving money by degregistering from the SEC is an obvious attempt to dupe shareholders.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
