Bingo!! Sford is not a real company. That's what they do, sell shares then destroy the value so they have no obligation to any one....ever. Now dilution so Mark Kay can pay for the BMW and the country club and of course getting up at noon everyday. From what I can tell, its Mark kay 'creative PR writer' and George Waller, 'Bean counter' and 'Keep the SEC at bay'.
