When I first got into this stock...I thought it sounded very familiar....to another stock...whose PPS was deliberately allowed to plunge because of deliberate inaction of the new CEO to get contracts.......

Then GOOGLE came in and bought it for pennies on the dollar...ruining the investment of many..that held hundreds of thousands of shares.... Later the CEO went to work for GOOGLE....


Sorry....I'm having a down day.I may as well tell a down story...

i think whoever wants to buy us is going to have competition. for example if i were a competitor to apple, why not acquire the rest of lqmt for themselves ? that would give them the ability to trade rights and achieve bargaining power for mutually favorable projects.
also what about the industries that are outside of consumer electronics. does anyone think they would allow apple to buy lqmt for nothing? they also need a barganing chip with apple and tesla.
i am going to hold my shares.
