Corp-Buyer .. One other point .. I accept and respect that you believe the entire 5M is a "pay increase." Why won't you accept and respect my belief that only part of it is for a pay increase and that the rest is for other corporate needs (attracting new talent, retaining the best talent, acquisitions, etc.)?
OT:Question..How much weight does any of your Money Managers put in "potential option dilution" when deciding where to park their money? IMO: They probably screen for dozens of contingencies when evaluating Companies and potential dilution is not one of them.
