DW, thanks for the reply. I didn't read your third post of Monday (#397477) closely. You apparently changed your assertion in the earlier post (#397461) regarding who owned the subsidiaries. You're right, in the end it may be fortunate that the subsidiaries went with WAMU Bank, not WMI :-)
