The initial date that VAPE/PHOT stated in the LOI they signed that they could come to terms on their JV. with minimal details I can imagine that upon a JV agreed upon there would be shares distributed from phot to VAPE as part of the deal considering the influx of A/S Growlife is working with to strengthen their hold on the industry....and that equates to money coming in for VAPE...and this SA contributors know this,,,it's been a concerted effort to get the price down between 15-20 leading up to that and started 24 hours after release of LOI
