Usually when you see someone with that much money buying a stock it means they might have some sort of inside info, or they really have a good understanding of the company and that the price will be higher in the future.

A block of 50M, is that what you are asking? If so, take a look at NOHO, I'm very long on that, and there have been 85M share blocks quite a bit.
