Just because i was in Vegas at a conference and decided to get off my ass to go to the courts to read about this all for myself as a shareholder.

I have read thru all transcripts right up to the last ones in March.
Lets just say everything i am saying is recorded in the Court records for all parties of interest to view.

Thoughts on that.
All the records about the law suit right down to how even your lawyer Krieger admits there was no merger .

The questions are :
1) Did DFMI acquire the codec from ISI ? or TMMI ?
1.a) If DFMI acquired the codec from ISI, when was it ? before TMMI acquired the worldwide exclusive right from ISI or after ?
1.b) If DFMI acquire the codec from TMMI, then when was it, before or after the TMMI acquired the worldwide exclusive right from ISI ?
2) Is there any official document which indicated that TMMI's exclusive right from ISI was canceled ? If it did, when was that ?
3) How did Dimension get its right of codec ? From DFMI ? or ISI ? and when was that ?
