Thanks for the mention but i am not Phil.
Why am I Phil,
Just because i was in Vegas at a conference and decided to get off my ass to go to the courts to read about this all for myself as a shareholder.
Oh Well up to you.
I am not hear for the crazy board interaction which is what i am seeing.
I could just not sit by and listen to this Fracked guy mouth what he is.
All you guys must be on some wacky nitrous.
I have read thru all documents.
I have read thru all transcripts right up to the last ones in March.
Lets just say everything i am saying is recorded in the Court records for all parties of interest to view.
Lets just say Silicon investor 1500 post plus or minus will be an interesting read for the judge .
Thoughts on that.
All the records about the law suit right down to how even your lawyer Krieger admits there was no merger .
Care to comment on what i read and what you read vs trying to say something completely different here on the board.
I am only stating facts and am not blowing smoke up anyone's butt.
Fly to Vegas and read for yourself :)
