DENVER, April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTC Markets: CBYI)Shareholder Update.

CAL-BAY International, Inc. was today re-instated to OTC Markets' Current Information status, after completing all of the required documentation to support the upgrade.

Cal-Bay International, Inc. Company President Walter Nicholas today announced the company, in addition to the recent public information updates, retained additional council to address the DTC "Chill" issue the company has been experiencing.

The company intends to release additional information in the form of Press Releases as to the company's business plans, market sector, equipment and technology.

The company today announced the formation of a Medical Technology advisory board, to oversee and participate in the design and functionality of the company's medicinal, pharmaceutical and legal Marijuana product(s) vending technologies. Appointments to the advisory board and additional appointments to the Board of Directors will also be announced during April 2014.
