#24713 RE: The Count #24685

fmilt - I'm an ardent supporter of free speech, and I appreciate the fact that there is value to the many points of view appearing on this board. That said, I have to admit that Once's views really try my convictions.

I do not like to believe ill of anyone, but it does look like he is a paid basher, and therefore not worthy of any attention other than to warn others (just like a paid shill would merit the same response). I am interested in the opinions of all who invest either in or against this company. If you believe strongly enough in the negatives that you are willing to bet your dollars on the short side, I am very interested in knowing why. When it comes to investing, ignorance is not bliss.

I have been betting on this company's potential for a number of years now, and I remain excited about its future. No, I don't like the options plan, but there is a lot more to IDCC than options. We clearly do not know enough about the indemnification issue to know if it will be a big deal or not. Once has repeatedly tried to play down the ERICY agreement on the basis of the length of the royalty obligation, even though it is dead on within commercial norms. The list goes on, but why bother?

Today's volume includes a lot of mo-mo traders. I am anxious to see if more institutions pick us up. Long term still looks very green to me.

P.S. Those Texas guys at Bonnies look like a scary bunch. I think we need a DC area group to balance the scales.

Best of luck.
