They haven't had it since the weekend.

I was pricing out a new 810 on Sunday and there was no way to add the wavx software on the dell site. So it's been gone at least that long.

Donald Duck...If I remember correctly, the Wave software from Dell is actually sold through Envoy Data Corp.

When I purchased my Dell OptiPlex GX-620, the Wave software that I purchased came from Envoy Data out of Arizona.

Maybe someone should just call Dell at Call 1-800-WWW-DELL and give the sales rep. the SKU no and see if Wave is still available.

Maybe it is just a mis-understanding.
