Yep, pretty sure Dave described the shareholders of record are those shareholders paid with RESTRICTED shares...look in Dave's posting history and you'll find it by typing "record" in the search box...

If you look at the budget forecast dollars for dividends, it's clear that your interpretation is wrong.
