Afford, I get it, but: the stock closed in the $6.70s on Wed. Conference was on Thurs. Some mo mo from the conference caused a spike. Closed at $7.75. The next day AF released one of his now predictable and ever less effectual articles. The stock closed at about $7.20 (might have dropped from profit takers anyway). It is trading now in the $7.30s, 10% above its close on Wed.

He has some sway, but it's decreasing. And in the end, his diatribes can do nothing to hold back any company with hard data. It is only during this speculative period that his remarks have any pull. It is temporary, and will not prevent NWBO's goals in the least. I just think any distraction from the amazing potential in DCVax L and Direct is just that, and will not benefit the investor.

But if you feel motivated to take him on from a purely righteous cause standpoint, have at it, but count me out. I think it would be pointless.

It's called free speech, and commentators like AF can write their opinions and views about a public company like NWBO pro or con. One does not have to be right to give an opinion.

Just look at politics, both sides are vehemently opposed to the views of the other side. Do we choose censorship because we believe either the democrats or the republicans are correct? Who decides?

As far as NWBO shareholders taking action against The Street, what sort of action? How does one prove damages? Just a joke.

It's just futile. Actually worse.

For an investor like me, who is not 'married' to this stock, all the focus on AF's skewed views on NWBO give me the impression of a company under attack. That makes me think the investment is more risky than my thesis based upon the science.

I think it's a false view, yet it seems to dominate the discussion. Thus it is a reality.

Imagine reading just a factual dismissal of AF's articles, and then lots of focus on the powerful positive of the German approval and the upcoming ASCO? It would create a very different impression of a NWBO with very positive things happening.

I'm all for exposing Adamn, but your supposition that NWBO is his only small cap target is wrong. Three others come to mind right off the top of my head: Hemispherx, Cel-Sci and Dendreon. There are many others.
