It is simply people not trusting management. Selling before the merger news passes again like the old 10 Month promise on name change.

Fluff PR's are no longer working and they have to do what "they" said they would by 4/4/2014. Merger

It is sad but they have this last chance for what longs are left and many flippers are becoming the only ones left.

Im still around just not checking my stocks much on vacation. Its a blessing I'm getting a chance to get cheap shares before a big merger.
Chart is very much getting oversold on an undervalued stock! Boing!
