Nevada SoS has a person who does not even exist listed as director and so on. He even voted last year. Weird huh.
Voted for what? And yes, you can form a company in Nevada and put whoever you want in the officer and director spots. With or without their consent, and whether they exist or not. I've seen that done quite a few times.
