One problem with trying to guess, you have to know what "obscene" means to Whelan.

The quote of interest by Mr. Whelan, “I’ll sell the company when I get an obscene offer, and so far the offers we’ve received have been nowhere near obscene,” indicates that there have been offers for the company thus far, but obviously for terms not near the value that Whelan feels accurately appreciates the potential of the products – especially once/if OTC clearance is given.

.35 seems reasonable, considering the practicality and quality of the products that have been developed thus far. Personally, i'd prefer to see market penetration, products on shelves in multinational, big box retailers, and natural progress overall from BIEL - which I believe can happen - but, like I said, either way, the patient man can wind up pleased.
