Based on the difference of the O/S since Dec 31st, I add up about $1.4 milly @ 0035 if it was all converted. The debt on the books was like $980k?. I guess we are buying something more.. I swear we experienced some dilution today. Way too much selling going on. We should have hit close to two pennies this week. Of course.. Frank has he worse timing in the world imo.. releasing on a Friday and the end of the 1st quarter. Ugghhh.
