Yes but he sold the debt so he can't control when they release the shares. Hopefully it is almost completed. Also we just need to keep the float around 250 to 350 million. Besides all the companies with large share counts seem to run higher than the companies with less than 100 million

He released today to preserve the PPs which dipped down to .075... And to bring on a big Monday. As this news spreads over the weekend it's going to bring more attention and make it tough for the shorts to get in. jmo a PR on Monday with upcoming events/plans will send this to the moon.
