We'll have to disagree with that. Ask and last price were .025. Then someone just decides to sell 10,000 shares at .0249???? Just a small fraction under the ask. And then after not having a trade for over an hour while the ask is .025, someone decides it would be a good idea to buy just 5,000 shares at .0249??? $125 worth of stock.
