I would not make such a positive presumption that .0249 ask was classic manipulation. It was just common trading, nothing that manipulative in this case in my view. People tend to over exaggerate trading actions sometimes & read too much into every minute detail.... anyhow--- It still closed above .023 prior resistance, so be happy with that as all that matters.
