These stunts are just to satisfy the long term shareholders.

Why else would BW & crew make an expensive trip to hand out KU samples in NYC when nobody was selling them?

Its easier to sell shares than product!

Allot of it is the people in charge are not very sophisticated. Kind of stuck in the Stone Age. You mentioned google. Google ad word, which I use for my business generates half my business. If weber had a google ad word account and used key words like relax, chill unwind etc, with a google ad that directs to there website, they would see big numbers with online sales.
