Have there ever been ANY periods where you went a day or maybe even as much as a week without lying and conning people (obviously this would have to predate 2005)?
And can you expand on the REASON the Federal court gave for sentencing you in part to include a mandatory court-ordered mental health treatment for three years after you get out of DaHole™? The court enunciates its sentencing rationale when they sentenced you in person, so what was the mental disease or condition that the judge stated required three years of mandatory treatment?
Thanks, bro. I think you're gonna like La Tuna if you pull the second unit (new) at Fort Bliss. It's over half empty and you can get a bottom bunk and the ratio of inmates to showers/toilets is the lowest in the entire BOP camp system.
If by some odd quirk they send you to Beaumont, well then when you surrender you'll know that I put in a good word for ya and it found the right ears.
Good luck, bud. I can guaranty one thing - you're gonna HATE it - the first month is the worst. You WILL cry yourself to sleep at some point that first week, then you'll accept that you're powerless and surrender to it and things will slowly start to get better. In six months, you'll still HATE it but it'll seem like home and you'll have the routine down pat. And it's very routine.

Like putting the Maserati in the garage and under a car cover (don't forget to disconnect the battery and have sonny give it a trickle charge once a month). You should also put it on jackstands to avoid ruining the tire sidewalls and flatspotting them from sitting in a fixed position for over a year. Sonny should start it every month and run it up to temp - don't want to varnish the rings to the cylinder walls and bust a scraper ring when you start it up after not running for almost two years. Plus the gum deposits from the aged gas can be an expensive replacement for the injectors.
Oh, and about those future NTEK "financials" - don't worry, I'm sure Petey will deal with that crisis (or he'll just bail). When you land in DaHole™ and I know where you're at, I'll make sure to notify your case manager and the unit staff to monitor you closely for any indication that you're trying to conduct any business on the phones, email, mail, or during visits. Nothing will get you bounced to another facility (like Beaumont) than a second offense of conducting business in prison except maybe killing an inmate or being threatened by a gang.
