It's not going to for a number of reasons.

1. Lack of updates. Silence is not golden in penny land.
2. Investors received divys so they can sell out and move money elsewhere.
3. Do you see that MM, VNDM on the ask? Guess what? There is your stopper for any type of movement past there. If he doesn't move out of the way, we are not going anywhere.
