BASICALLY WHAT WAS SAID WAS NOTHING

Everyone knows Lloyd Spencer is a great guy, hard working, intelligent, files the best OTC financials of anyone, and has put his ASK on the line in trying to salvage COWI from a history of toxic debt and business thwarted by a lousy domestic and global economy. He also has great people working for him, also hard working and intelligent and gregarious. And yes, they would like you to believe in the company and invest in it. Lloyd has been a great guy even with each RS where his faithful flock got fleeced. Great guy, just a bad situation and trading COWI remains TENUOUS at best.

ten·u·ous [ten-yoo-uhs] ADJECTIVE
1. thin or slender in form, as a thread.
2. lacking a sound basis, as reasoning; unsubstantiated; weak: a tenuous argument.
3. thin in consistency; rare or rarefied.
4. of slight importance or significance; unsubstantial: He holds a rather tenuous position in history.
5. lacking in clarity; vague: He gave a rather tenuous account of his past life.

As for Microsoft, they have been doing contract consulting for them for years. They also used to work closely with HP, but I think that came to an end a year or so back. Not sure, but believe that I recall that.

A 50% increase in revenue is good news! Question is, does that allow them to make enough progress so as to stay ahead of and gain on debt. Oh, and can they do that with the FULL MONTY dilution, which appears to be going on right now, and another surprise RS around the corner? Oh, perhaps there is a waiting period of a year or something. Does anyone know that for sure?

And let's see, FROST got kicked out a month and the project is called an "Investigation and Design". And what magnitude of economic impact would one believe that would have?

Regarding dilution and conversion, he can't and won't provide that as it is insider information. Oh yah! LOL

Yup, supper funny guy, great guy in my opinion. Love their staff, their products, their office in Kirkland, their raw gut tenacity to survive against incredible odds. Any normal person would have bankrupted the company three or four years ago. But Lloyd and his staff love the work they do and are willing to make considerable sacrifices to keep the business afloat until things turn around, if possible and if they do. But that doesn't mean that COWI is poised to be a 10 BAGGER! Really! LOL

CEO was super hilarious

Got of the phone before i can answer anyone else s questions.

They currently do work with microsoft and has seen growth of up to 50% in revenue

They do have things in place with Frost but he stated it was supposed to begin in march but got pushed to April.

They are doing what he called an Investigation and Design for FROST.

I dont know when another PR is coming.

Regarding Dilution and conversion i couldn't get to ask this question but he did say He is not allowed to sell his shares for up to 1 year since it is a public company.

Name is lloyd Spencer he is a great guy by conversation. super funny
