Yeah I went overboard on this beyond any reason however it will payoff.I'm like Blech all I got is time!

Cooper on or before May 28,14.Truthful not really.Its not that hard to get the true facts.I would have a list of yes/no questions after spending a little time on misdirection.

The ones that are yes I would leave alone until later and then I would have a serious list of complex questions for the no's and get to what the intent of the agreement relating to all the exhibits 61 thur 72 and any other emails paper work the schedule,license and contract.

He can lie but thats even better cause when you catch them in one or more its works wonders.

I doubt the depositions occur but if they do I think Pfizer will see the light but by then Intellect may not want to settle unless its a wopper.

This is a very straightforward case even Oing states it.This want last much longer and its not that long before trail which would be near the end of 2015.

I know you say my god end of 2015.This is ligation against a monster and its a long process which is Pfizers intent.You strike at the weakest point which they did with perfection.

Blech legal issue came to ahead and was broke at the same time Pfizer already knew that and knew they were halting phase III trials and was going to renege against ILNS regarding the 2 million milestone payment.

Bottom line they figured they would put ILNS out of business.What really got them stuck in this case is this no matter what anyone says this is huge.Even Oing says bullchit on the record regarding this matter imho.
