You are a great (legal) analyst, recognizing Pfizers agenda of destroying the little guy when most vulnerable, and thereby obtaining the best technology out there.
Dr Chain is a brilliant Scientist, no doubt. I met him when he first came to this country and David took him under his wing. David's talent is recognizing talent before there is any evidence to support it and puts his money where it is needed for scientist and science to flourish. He's done that many times in his career with great success. Chain may be the brains, but Blech is the backbone.
Chain is a scientist and is naive when it comes to business. I don't think he is capable of initiating this law suit against Pfizer. My guess is that it was Blech.
