I really don't see the government ever just turning around one day and mandating a non addictive level of nicotine. Just my opinion. What I do see is a market for a VLT cig and a combination of VLN and VLT together. Don't really see the VLN as very useful. The tar is what kills the person not the nicotine. VLT+VLN would be great for someone trying to quit.
