MB, ASCO embargo rules are in play: they cannot reveal any of the data they will reveal at ASCO prior to ASCO.

She would not be able to comment upon a detailed immune response under the ASCO blackout guidelines, that is why I stated a day or two ago that AF would pretend she is using ASCO to "hide" things. Don't fall for AF's inevitable spin.

This is a ridiculous statement. Not all inoperable tumors start with "tumors all over their body." It starts with a single tumor. If DIRECT results in successfully attacking even a single tumor--with zero toxicity--those aren't "positive" results?

Are you insane? Or just incompetent?

I didn't hear her say tumor killing at injection site, based on the tumor regression seen in the animal studies I would assume (which I should never do) that the tumor killing was accomplished by an immune response. I could be wrong, I guess we will see at ASCO.

The immune system is also all over the body. The dendritic cells are the organizers of the immune system. If they are activated properly they will orchestrate a global response. What happens when you have an infection? Your whole immune system mobilizes. That is the whole premise of immune therapy. By definition it is a whole body phenomenom.
