I do not wish the man any ill will but I do not understand. He does not seem to entertain any other possible strategies for financing than pumping shares to his family and other families of management who keep selling them into any run north. BEIL would already be multi-penny with a more creative financing structure. I am holding BIEL but can not help but be discourage sometime with Andy.
