Not exactly certain what you mean:

It was already stayed he wasn't involved

But if you mean it was already proven that Hipple wasn't involved - well that isn't true.

What you might be thinking about is how a few shareholders posted Hipple wasn't involved but of course they had no facts - just more wishful thinking similar to the merger.

But the proof that Hipple is involved is in the Florida SOS filing.
