Because 70mill is a high number, so the stock doesn't even need to perform that well for him to cash out someday.
Yea, unfortunately it's a little more complex and monitored than the 3AM street light deal. On the pinkys I wouldn't disagree.
Many of the nay sayers, one of which is actually a moderator here for some reason suspect further dilution, scam etc.
However, it is also odd the muck thrown at WGAS, when they have reported all their (often embarrassing) financials.
Would they rather be lied to?
I digress.
The small float and miniscule market cap alone make it a play for me.
