Why does he want 70M equity that is not there? Sounds like he got 70M of his own equity which may or may not exist, in this deal... what the flying **** is going on here

Sure is interesting
This stock is SO similar to making a deal at 3am under a street lamp with the sinister music playing and all kinds of potentially and probably untoward actions and happenings
