Not applicable to Cetek which trades on the pinks Norcagold. I would say these regs would eventually impact Cetek if they tried to uplist to the OTCQB because it would have to trade at a penny, But I'm now convinced if he released his financials and customer list and share structure we would already be there. But I don't think Hilal has any intention of moving to the OTCQB. Should he not sell the company, he has bigger designs in mind.
