I doubt he expected a 50% jump from his news release. He was likely trying to stabilize the price. The stock is worth 12 minimum. Citron bs is temporary.

One interesting fact. Look how HUGE it went up just because he reiterated something already known. Imagine the jump when the details of how much and with whom the contract is with. O.o

And thats just one big deal, of a few more guaranteed to come this year. Among many smaller ventures PLUG has.
