I feel that as a CEO if he wants to keep his reputation intact, he should be careful with his communication.

He has to understand that any statement that he makes, is likely to have an impact on the market.

I am not sure whether he was misquoted by Marketwatch or whether he was intentionally vague about what he said but I feel that he could have been more precise in what he had to say.

It went up huge due to lack of understanding IMO.

It should stay around here until the actual deal is announced.
