but how to judge said case?

How about by earnings and revenue for last year.

Visser has 80+ stores dba, Sofa Mart, Oak Express, Bedroom Expressions and Furniture Row Outlets. Since Visser is a private company we can not get his actual revenue numbers. Using Ashley Furniture as a baseline. This can be deduced.

Ashley does 3.3 billion a year in sales from 500 stores. Visser has 1/6th of the stores that Ashley has. 1/6th of 3.3 billion is 550 million. 5% of that is 27.5 million. I think it's safe to say Visser is making that a year in profit.

LQMT lost (.04) cents a share last year on 1.03 million in sales and income of (14.21) million.

Visser has been dismissed on this board as a mattress salesman, egotist, and more interested in his macho racing. You better hope it stays that way because the last thing you want is for him making LQMT his pet project.

It's said he wasn't vetted and that maybe true but I guaranty he vetted LQMT. How do I know this? A site called Glassdoor.com has been sited as showing how evil and horrible it is to work for Visser. If one took the time to read the reviews you would find many complaining that Visser's organization is fanatical about background checks. It requires 3 interviews with 3 levels of management to get a entry level sales job. Any lies will knock you out of the running. Any arrest will knock you out of consideration. That is an amazing level of scrutiny.

Do you really think a guy that vets salemen for furniture sales doesn't know exactly what he's getting into with LQMT?

Arbitration is in Colorado on his home turf.

He is a consistent winner in everything he's touched except LQMT to date. To say he can't manufacture the product is ludicrous. Tom already confirmed it. Publicly. The problem is they cost more to make than Tom can get for them.

You have only heard LQMT's side and nothing from Visser. Judging by past accomplishments and present finances I'm glad Visser not going after me.

This is a big sword hanging over LQMT. They can not fight him if he decides to really do battle. If he loses on all accounts it won't hurt him. If he wins it could crush LQMT.
