Garth, Explain to shareholders why all the Reverse Splits over the years and ICBT O/S in now about maxed out.

Where did these Billions of shares go, and the current SP is .0003?

And also why you refuse to provide Verifiable CURRENT share structure information from the stock transfer agent.
