"The most typical reason for a spinoff is that the stock price of a large diversified company does not fully reflect the value of all its diverse components, so the management feels that it can enhance shareholder value by spinning off certain assets into a separate company. Another reason may be that a parent company has built a valuable fast-growing subsidiary whose business differs from the main business of the parent company, so the management feels that it is best for the new subsidiary to function as an independent entity. Whatever the reason, the underlying math is essentially the same: the parts should be worth more than the whole."
Is Koos planning on acquiring another company inside BSMN and growing it as well, or are the resources already maxed out?
Great Post...And that is why I am so thankful for you and the rest of the BMSN CORE STRONG team here for helping with the proper DD to allow me to obtain a sizable position in a short time so I could get a nice chunk of REGEN.....
Where I didn't have to suffer time wise as many here I did support the stock, buying in at many diff price levels to obtain my final Position here...
I have a pre and post divvy price set on bmsn and will continue to accumulate and support the stock as I believe in Koos plan....
AND WILL CONTINUE TO STICK WITH MINE !!!!
the risk to reward ratio is huge here! AND once the Divvy's settle in all accounts People will be jumping in...not out of BMSN..as that will be a further valediction of BIGGER THINGS TO COME !!!!
